Your order will arrive 4-6 weeks from the time of your purchase. Every product is handmade in the homes of the artists on Pine Ridge Reservation where time isn't measured like the rest of the world. In our culture we speak of "native time". Some believe it means we are leisurely about scheduling and deadlines but it really means "it will be done when it's meant to be done". Imagine how different our world would be a with less deadlines and more enjoyment of the process.

Our quilts are hand sewn and most of our artists pray over every stitch during the quilting process. The shapes that make up the star pattern are hand cut and stitched together with a sewing machine in the homes of the artists. Once the quilt top is complete, it is put on a quilt stand and hand quilted. If you wish for a different quilting pattern than the typical cloud stitch, someone on our team can help you create a custom quilt where you have greater control over your colors, patterns, and stitching.

Each quilt is handmade in the home of one of our artists. Some of our artists burn sage and smoke cigarettes indoors so some of our quilts may smell like the home they were made in. One wash of your quilt will remove the smell.

Each quilt is made to order and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are willing to review concerns and explore possible solutions.
